Vaser Liposuction Side Effects

Although it is one of the safer forms of the liposuction procedure there are a number of Vaser Liposuction Side Effects.

Liposelection or what is known as the Vaser Liposuction treatment has its benefits which allow it to supersede all the other existing forms of this procedure. With a really short recovery time, the vaser liposuction procedure allows the customers to be that bit more at peace as compared to the other forms; however one needs to be well aware of the possible side effects none the less.

There are certain standard side effects which are associated with this procedure.

  • Swelling and bruising are the first side effect you will feel but this will lessen over the weeks following the procedure.
  • Pain which is the result of the swelling and bruising can be controlled with over the counter analgesics.
  • Movement can be restricted due partly to the compression garment being worn and the general feeling of soreness as a result of swelling and bruising.
  • There could be some numbness felt but this will not last.

Vaser Liposuction side effects are not as common because it uses Ultrasound technology however one does run the risk of some infection and even burns which may be caused due to ultrasound. These burns can be internal or just on the skin surface. Furthermore, there is also the risk of edema under the skin and the lymph cells which result in fluid getting accumulated in the subcutaneous layer. Although we see a list of the Vaser Liposuction side effects, it is largely a safer process as compared to earlier methods.
