You should definitely wait until after you're done having children to have lipo. You will probably need it even more then. Lipo does not keep fat from coming back! If that was the case, it would be a miracle cure. Plus you have no idea how your body will react to pregnancy. You could be one of the lucky ones whose body bounces right back, or your stomach could end up stretched out. Then you could get that tummy tuck & lipo.

Bad idea.... Wait for the children. More than likely you will have extra weight from having the kids. It would be a complete waste of money to have the lipo then gain weight.

lipo is not a solution for body fat. you can get lipo and then sit around and gain it all back. don't bother. eat less, exercise more. complications and cost don't justify it.

no, wait If you have a c-section, it may mess up your figure. I would wait. Sometimes women loose more weight after birth than they had before.
Liposuction just takes out the fat that is currently there. You can get fat there again.

The thing with lipo is that you need to get to a good overall body fat percentage before doing it. Once you're there, the lipo is just to hit trouble spots that don't reduce no matter how skinny you get.

Assuming that you're there, if you have the lipo done, you WILL gain body fat during the pregnancy. Some of that will be on your stomach. If you lose the weight promptly after the delivery (1-2 lbs/week), then most if not all of that new tummy fat will go away. If you wait longer, or if you continue to gain weight after the baby comes, then you may be in a situation where even if you get your body fat back under control, you might still need a touch up on the lipo.

I would not advise getting lipo before having kids because basically your stomach muscles are going to stretch back out while you a pregnant. That would be pointless. Plus, I would rather workout to get rid of the extra stomach fat not do it the quick and easy way. Plus I have seen some bad liposuctions jobs. Just be careful whatever you do.

I know that liposuction may be VERY tempting but I honestly think it would be better if you try to lose weight through exercise, sweating, or increase your metabolism through eating more small meals per day because those who get liposuction HAVE TO be sure that they can control their food intake otherwise you will be heavier than your original body weight before the liposuction.
