I couldn’t find much, but this is what I came up with:
UK prices Liposuction
BUPA Hospitals £1,550 – £5,000
Capio From £2,600
Overseas prices Liposuction
Belgium £700 (small area) – £ 2,550 (5 areas)
Czech Republic From £1,350
Spain £2,100 – £2,900
So figuring a minimum of 1550 BP, it would cost approx
132,551 INR

84 kgs is not a big deal. With a good diet and exercise you can get the weight you desire in a few months or so. Liposuction just like any surgery has risks. And you will gain back the weight if you don’t change your current habits. So i think it would be better to change habits now and cut down your weight naturally.
