Anyone had liposuction in a medical spa that left them disfigured?

I am a plastic surgeon and am interested in stories of those people whom had liposuction in a medical spa, particularly when the person performing the procedure is not a physician.

I find this extremely dangerous and I am trying to get the general public’s perception of this.

    Are non-physicians really performing liposuction procedures in spas? That’s shocking.
