@um1nonly lol the beginning of your reply is funny but i agree cheap is not always the best and some more expensive counterparts are fads. So do alot of research and choose which suits you.

In my opinion the best place in the world if you are considering a plastic surgery is Souh America. I had all my surgeries done there at the MakeoverTravel clinic, and my results are AMAZING!! It’s much cheaper if you compare with the costs in the US and surgeons there are for far considered as the best surgeons in the world.
