Heidi Montag admits to going under the knife again in this month’s People Magazine. Montag states in the article that has gotten larger breast implants, liposuction, chin reduction, brow lift, rhinoplasty revision, Botox, fat injections to the cheeks and nasolabial folds. Inside Editions interviews Dr. Jennifer Walden, Manhattan Plastic Surgeon, on the Hollywood culture of young starlets overdoing it with cosmetic surgery.

She was soo pretty before, I was actually jelous, now she has messed up bad, she needs to try n go back to before. Her face looks unnatural and beautiful isnt lookin like that. I rrally dont see how she gets any happiness out of lookin worse than before and loosing money over it. Just when u think she cant get any worse after marrying that bitch -Spencer. WOW shes officially lost it.
So so sad! That so true that you have to have self confidence to be who you are. That surgery doesn’t help. I understand if some peoples make a little surgery differences like remove scars or nose job if it’s really annoying. But that’s way too much.
I’m 23. I have no wrinkles or sagging skin around the eyes. Why would she need a brow lift? She now looks like she’s about 33, and not any more attractive than she did before.
